Project/Program Manager I -
Robotics Supply Chain Location:
North Reading, MA (Onsite) Duration 5 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Job Summary:
Client is seeking a Project/Program Manager I to support its Robotics Supply Chain team by coordinating robotics deployment projects and managing demand and supply planning activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, data analysis, and cross-functional project coordination. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and the ability to drive projects that ensure on-time delivery of robotics products.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage robotics deployment projects from planning through execution. Support demand and supply planning activities to ensure material availability. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and overall program progress. Develop reports and dashboards for leadership using Excel and SQL. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. Track project KPIs, including on-time delivery and supply performance. Assist in inventory, materials, and production planning activities. Drive process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Materials Management, or Program/Project Management. Experience with Demand & Supply Planning processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Hands-on SQL experience. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in manufacturing, robotics, logistics, or distribution environments. Knowledge of inventory planning and configuration management. Experience supporting large-scale supply chain or operations programs. Top 3
