Job Description

Logistics Manager•
Utility Programs Employer:
Utility Partners of America (UPA)
Location:
Onsite at National Grid•
Northborough, MA Type:
Contract 6 months with likely renewal UPA is the employer of record. Role supports National Grid's MA operations onsite in Northborough.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Estimated range:
$32•$36 per hour.
Personnel in these roles shall:
Plan, coordinate, and execute the logistical elements of project and training activities. Ensuring all operational details are handled efficiently. Manage schedules, venues, materials, travel, and technology support for workshops, meetings, and training sessions. Maintain tracking systems and documentation for logistical requests, attendance, resource allocation, and inventory. Collaborate with project and training leads to ensure logistics align with program timelines and participant needs. Serve as a primary point of contact for event-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues swiftly to minimize disruption. Support reporting and documentation related to event metrics, participation rates, and feedback summaries. Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing logistical performance data and recommending process enhancements. This could entail phone calls to customers and entering information into the customer system.
Key competencies include:
Exceptional organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with scheduling and event coordination tools. AA or BS preferred. Extensive, related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
