Day Shift Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered on the first day of the month after hire, 401(k) after 6 months.Overview:
As an Inventory Manager for Keel Midwest, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through assurance of internal controls and conducting proper cycle counts utilizing an ERP system.Job Functions:
Assist with tracking and expediting inventory. Record and maintain control of all inventory items purchased and produced, according to procedures and work instructions. Reviews and oversees materials processing standards (scrap, inventory levels, etc.). Communicates recommended changes to appropriate manufacturing leaders. Ensures compliance with inventory control procedures and that inventories are maintained to meet the necessary production schedule requirements.Physical Demands:
Minimal physical stress, but moderate mental stress due to deadlines and responsibilities.Work Environment:
Typical shop floor environment in a job shop welding facility with frequent computer use. PPE is required at all times on shop floor.Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field preferred. Minimum of three years experience in manufacturing required, five or more years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Must have strong time management skills, be able to recognize problems before they arise, and use critical thinking.
