Back Supplier Delivery Risk Mitigation Manager Powertrain#2015506 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The Supplier Delivery Risk Mitigation Manager plays a highly visible, cross functional role at the center of Stellantis' North America manufacturing supply chain. This position partners directly with critical suppliers and senior leaders across multiple organizations to protect production continuity while driving both short-term execution and long-term recovery strategies for key components.
In this role, you will work hands-on with suppliers to develop and execute short-term build and ship plans that support uninterrupted production at Stellantis manufacturing plants, while also shaping and monitoring long-term recovery plans that strengthen supply resilience. You will serve as a trusted connector across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Materials Logistics Management, and plant leadership-breaking down barriers, accelerating decisions, and driving alignment.
This is an opportunity to gain strong visibility with leadership across Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Purchasing organizations. The role requires sound judgment, the ability to simplify complex issues, and the confidence to escalate appropriately-both internally and externally-to prevent disruptions before they impact production.
The Supplier Delivery Risk Mitigation Manager operates in a fast paced, high impact environment within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization. Success in this role comes from ownership, transparency across the supply chain, disciplined follow-up, and a "deliver results" mindset. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values collaboration, and wants to make a measurable impact on SCM/plant performance while building strong relationships with across the enterprise. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Proactively identify and mitigate supplier delivery risks impacting North America Manufacturing (Powertrain) operationsBuild, implement, and execute supplier recovery plans, including short-term build and ship actions and longer-term recovery strategies for critical componentsPartner directly with critical suppliers to drive accountability, execution discipline, and sustained recovery performanceCoordinate across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Materials Logistics Management, and plant teams to align priorities and remove execution barriersIdentify and deliver cost savings opportunities, including premium freight avoidance, capacity optimization, and recovery cost reductionProvide clear, high visibility communication to leadership, escalating risks appropriately to prevent production disruptionsOwn issues end to end with strong follow up, transparency, and a results driven mindset in a fast-paced SCM environment Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326,

United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field8 + years of experience in production control or SCMAbility to build relationships with those whom you have no authority, and get resultsGood communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong customer service skillsInteract confidently with suppliers and communicate effectively to senior management and/or any of the Stellantis NA plants on supply related issuesStrong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to analyze complex data/situationsExperience managing global scale projectsPreferred Qualifications:
