Inventory Control Lead (PM Shift)

Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position Summary The Inventory Control Lead (PM Shift) plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of all warehouse inventory. This position oversees evening inventory operations, including product intake, auditing, compliance documentation, and coordination of inbound logistics. The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining precise inventory records, supporting internal and external communication, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory and company standards. This role upholds our commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and best‑in‑class secured logistics.

Upon completion of all inbound truck processing Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare for incoming orders based on the daily pickup calendar. Audit customer totes from the previous night to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in investigations related to missing packages and provide timely, effective resolutions. Maintain and update METRC records in accordance with training and compliance requirements. Coordinate and oversee the organized unloading of all returning trucks. Complete inbound processing, including inventory scanning and verification. Stage orders in designated areas in alignment with established policies and procedures. Update the PM Report, documenting issues, discrepancies, and daily rejection counts. Communicate operational issues to management promptly and professionally. Print manifests as required, including those related to rejections or special handling. Conduct a final end‑of‑shift walkthrough to ensure: Orders are staged correctly Customer areas are clearly marked Boxes and totes are properly labeled All closing procedures have been fully completed Secure the inventory area in accordance with company security protocols. Qualifications & Skills Demonstrated experience in inventory management and control . Strong proficiency in demand planning , supply chain analytics , and root cause analysis . Experience with data mining , category management , and operational problem‑solving. Working knowledge of warehouse management practices . Proficiency with Microsoft Excel , IMS , METRC , and other data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Must not be employed by any other cannabis company. Must not have been convicted of a felony within the past 5 years. Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving a controlled substance within the past 5 years.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
