The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes, enhancing production planning, and ensuring efficient logistics operations. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in various supply chain management systems to support decision-making and improve overall efficiency. Responsibilities Experience in Supply chain process and industry experience lik Automotive, Manufacturing Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support production planning efforts. Utilize tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting to communicate insights effectively. Understand and have Experience in Database and AI features Conversant with Azure/AWS cloud environment Should be strong with MS tools like Advance Excel , Power Point , Word etc. usage of copilot would be an added advantage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective demand planning strategies. Manage inventory levels and optimize the buying process to minimize costs while meeting customer demands. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and develop actionable solutions. Monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes to ensure timely availability of materials. Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics and suggest improvements based on findings. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with production planning methodologies and logistics operations is essential. Experience with Any ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
