Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to lead our inventory control and supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of inventory, from procurement and warehousing to distribution and order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will ensure optimal stock levels, streamline warehouse processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Join our winning team getting great brands to market. Duties Develop and implement inventory management strategies aligned with supply chain objectives to optimize stock levels and reduce finished product loss. Oversee warehouse distribution activities, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of beverages distributed by the company. Conduct demand planning and inventory analysis using supply chain analytics tools to forecast needs accurately and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Lead process improvement initiatives across warehousing, materials handling, and logistics operations to boost efficiency and safety. Supervise freight operations including third-party logistics providers shipping & receiving, dispatching, and order fulfillment activities. Ensure inventory is audited regularly via cycle counts and reconcile differences. Continue compliance with safety regulations, supplier contracts, and applicable alcohol laws. Skills Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles including procurement, logistics, and demand planning. Skilled in warehouse operations including forklift operation, materials handling equipment, picking & packing procedures, shipping & receiving protocols. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, carriers, and stakeholders across the supply chain network.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
