Air Logistics Senior Manager $85,000 to $95,000 annually | Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) | Full-time, 24/7 operation Lead a high-performing air cargo team at one of the country's major international airports. This senior management role puts you at the center of airline logistics operations, where you'll develop leaders, drive performance, and ensure compliance with federal aviation and security standards. What You'll Do Plan, organize, and lead a diverse team, building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and pride Develop next-level leaders and managers in both leadership and operational skills Supervise staff to meet carrier Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards Ensure Lead Agents and Warehouse Agents follow all safety rules and protocols Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring decisions Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, counseling, and terminations Maintain compliance with MSP Airport Police, TSA, USCBP, and FAA regulations Challenge any individual not displaying a valid airport ID badge in WFS warehouse or AOA areas Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational reports Complete injury and damage reports; authorize post-accident and post-injury testing Support customer compliance reports and audits Manage airport badge appointments, USCBP interviews, and other government-required meetings Requirements Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of leadership and management experience required Airline, logistics, or transportation industry experience preferred Ability to train, develop, and direct personnel including supervisors Comfortable operating across a 24/7 schedule based on business needs Strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, fluid environment Preferred Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce management software (SAP) Knowledge of airline codes, cargo abbreviations, and airway bill comprehension Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and advanced math proficiency Solid interpersonal skills: customer service orientation, dependability, integrity Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk long distances across facilities Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Bending, reaching, stooping, squatting, and walking required
