This role is critical to ensuring our printed products are delivered accurately, on time, and in excellent condition to our customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily shipping, receiving, and distribution activities Manage and coordinate shipping schedules for multiple production lines Ensure accuracy of shipments, documentation, and labeling Supervise shipping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management Coordinate with production, prepress, and customer service teams to meet deadlines Optimize freight costs and select appropriate carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, courier, etc.) Maintain inventory accuracy related to finished goods and outgoing orders Develop and improve shipping processes for efficiency and quality Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures Qualifications 3+ years of shipping/logistics management experience (printing or manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of shipping systems, freight carriers, and rate structures Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Proven leadership and team management experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Background in commercial printing, large-format, or digital print environments Experience with kitting, pick & pack, and fulfillment operations Familiarity with palletizing, crating, and specialty packaging for printed materials What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, vision and life insurance 401k match Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding company McRoTXVc9Y
