Looking For:
We are looking for a proven operator who: Has demonstrated success in increasing used vehicle volume and turn Makes data driven decisions (Not emotional ones) Takes full ownership of results - no excuses Can manage both inventory strategy AND execution daily History of managing 100+ used cars Proven track record of achieving consistent 10-12 inventory turns per year

Looking For:
Achieve increase in Used Vehicle Retail Sales Volume of 45% + within 120 days Reduce aged inventory percentage to less than 10% over 60 days Sustain used vehicle inventory turn great than 90% monthly Achieve and sustain used RECON to front line time of less than 6 days Ensure 100% execution of the Fury Sales Process on all used car deals Behaviors [Required to Achieve Outcomes] 1. Inventory and acquisition discipline a. Daily sourcing activity (Service Drive & Street Purchase - Auction) b. Define and maintain minimum acquisition targets per week. i. Work with Fury Motors Inventory Manager to define vehicles of need c. Review inventory gaps weekly and work with Fury Inventory Manager to fill holes. d. Buy and Price vehicles based on turn & age strategy (not emotion) 2. Pricing Discipline a. Attend all weekly calls with LotPop b. Review prices and market daily c. All vehicles in inventory repriced 1 time every 7 days d. Adjust aged units immediately e. No "waiting to see" on aging inventory f. Ensure all units are competitively positioned 3. Aging Management a. Consistent review of 30/60/90-day buckets b. No vehicles sit without a plan 4. Recon Discipline (Drive < 6-day recon) a. Daily review of all units in recon b. Escalate/Communicate delays to immediately to GSM and Service Manager c. Coordinate with service daily 5. Inventory Flow Management a. Maintains proper inventory level based on sales pace b. Ensure enough cars are retail ready to hit forecast c. Prevents overstocking - understocking 6. Sales Alignment a. Works with GSM and Desk daily b. Inventory matches sales demand c. Adjust inventory based on what's selling/ Market data 7. Data Discipline a. Utilizes Data to make decision - not gut b. Tracks performance daily in i. Units sold ii. Turn iii. Agins iv. Time in recon Accountability This role is fully accountable for all used vehicle performance including units, gross, inventory, turn, aging, and recon timing External factors are not accepted as reasons for missed performance This role owns both the outcome and the behaviors required to achieve it
