The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of supply chain management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Entry level basic parts experience needed for this position. In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associated the following benefits: Job training and career advancement opportunities Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time-off Employee vehicle purchase program 401(k) + matching Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory of parts, ensuring adequate stock levels Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and order management system to track and manage parts inventory Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts Collaborate with internal teams to identify parts needs and ensure accurate and efficient ordering Oversee the distribution of parts to various departments or locations Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions, including receipts, returns, and adjustments Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts management processes Provide guidance and support to team members involved in parts management Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in parts management practices

Qualifications:
