Job Description

About the Role Serco Loaders is seeking an experienced and organized Parts Manager to oversee our parts department operations at our Two Harbors, MN location. This position is central to keeping our customers' equipment running and our service team fully supported. You'll manage parts inventory, lead a small team, and build strong relationships with vendors and customers alike. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day parts department operations including ordering, receiving, and inventory control Maintain accurate stock levels to support service technicians and minimize equipment downtime Process parts orders for walk-in customers, service department, and wholesale accounts Supervise and develop parts department staff, providing training and performance guidance Monitor and report on department performance including sales, margins, and fill rates Coordinate closely with the service department to ensure parts availability for scheduled jobs Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and warranty parts processing professionally Ensure the parts room and counter area are clean, organized, and safe Qualifications 3+ years of parts department experience, preferably in heavy equipment, ag, or construction machinery Strong knowledge of parts identification and inventory management systems Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in dealership management or parts software (CDK, Equip, or similar) Proficient in Microsoft Office products High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred What We Offer Competitive salary: $55,000 - $72,000 based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Stable, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth Employee discounts on parts and equipment How to Apply Option 1 — Apply online via Paycor Submit your application through Serco Loaders' Paycor applicant portal.
