Job Description

As an Arthrex sales agency, Titan Surgical Group's daily objective is to live the Arthrex mission statement of "Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better" by providing expert representation of Arthrex products and procedures, ongoing medical education and the latest medical advancements. Job Summary The Office and Logistics Manager is responsible for working with our operations department in supporting the daily needs of our office, field sales representatives and surgical accounts, primarily by ensuring that there is a professional office appearance, adequate inventory levels maintained in the office and that instrument sets are accurate and fully stocked. Daily Tasks and Responsibilities Organize, maintain and track surgical products in the Wichita office Maintain sufficient inventory levels based upon usage within corresponding territories Perform daily audits of surgical trays and implant kits to ensure sets are complete and accurate for surgical cases Receive, record and restock incoming inventory from Arthrex Communicate with sales representatives and other logistics team members to ensure that daily needs are met Assist with monthly inventory audits Maintain cleanliness, organization and other needs of the office Perform other related duties as assigned by management Requirements College degree preferred but not required Basic computer competencies including Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to learn proprietary inventory management programs Strong communication skills - both written and oral Ability to work in fast paced, busy environment Effective time management skills Be able to work both independently and as part of a team Dependable, detail oriented and hard working Benefits Employer matching 401(k) Paid time off Paid holidays Medical, dental and vision insurance options Life & long-term disability insurance
