Support high-performing daily operations connected to the assigned central fulfilment unit, as well as make sure that all departmental KPIs are monitored, with a focus on quality in all touchpoints for the lowest possible cost. Secure efficiency and implement improvements throughout the operations to reach excellence in execution and exceed customer expectations. Contribute to the overall warehouse operations goals setting, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects, and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs. Contribute to people, shift, and equipment planning based on volume forecast with Mid-term Plan (MTP) and Short-Term Plan (STP) to secure operational capacities and activities to meet goods availability, as well as short and stable customer lead-times. Contribute to increasing efficiency and striving for excellence in running C/DC operations to reduce cost, improve productivity, and work spirit, keeping the total supply chain in mind.
