This is an opportunity to lead a strong team, influence real operational outcomes, and grow within a dealership group that values fixed operations excellence. What to expect High-volume store with an active retail, internal, and wholesale parts business Tenured team and strong interdepartmental culture Direct reporting to dealership GM/Partner Responsibilities Manage parts department operations toward budget and business plan goals Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, pricing strategy, and obsolescence management Deliver exceptional customer service across all accounts Hire, develop, and oversee parts department staff Serve as manufacturer liaison and ensure CSI compliance Enforce departmental policies and regulatory compliance Qualifications 7+ years of progressive parts operations experience in an automotive dealership Demonstrated success in inventory management, pricing, and team leadership Proficiency with automotive DMS platforms; domestic brand experience preferred; Reynolds & Reynolds a plus Strong analytical and organizational skills Valid driver's license Future growing potential is estimated at 200K _ We are a drug free workplace _ Competitive compensation package - Health Insurance and 401K Submit your resume in confidence to: All inquiries will be handled with the utmost discretion.
