Tri City Outdoor Power Equipment (TCOPE) About Us Tri City Outdoor Power Equipment is an authorized Bobcat, Toro, Warhawk dealership serving contractors, landowners, and municipalities across the region. We're a growing, customer-focused operation that takes pride in keeping our customers' equipment running and their businesses moving. We're looking for a sharp, organized Parts Manager to own our parts department from the counter to the shelf. The Role You'll run the day-to-day operations of our parts department — sourcing, stocking, selling, and shipping parts for Bobcat compact construction equipment and outdoor power products. You'll be the go-to person for technicians, walk-in customers, and phone/online orders alike. This isn't a back-office role — you'll be visible, customer-facing, and critical to how our service department runs. What You'll Do Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts Process parts orders for walk-in customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts Source and special-order parts using Bobcat's dealer portal and other supplier networks Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize obsolescence Work closely with the service department to stage parts for upcoming repair jobs Follow up on backorders and communicate ETAs proactively Handle returns, cores, and warranty parts per Bobcat dealer and other OEM procedures Help develop and maintain a clean, organized, well-labeled parts room What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a dealership parts department (heavy equipment, outdoor power, ag, or auto all considered) Familiarity with dealer parts lookup systems (Bobcat experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Customer service mindset — you treat every person at the counter like they matter Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift Basic computer proficiency (inventory systems, email, parts catalogs) Bonus Points Prior Bobcat, Doosan, or compact construction equipment experience Experience with dealer management systems (CDK, Lightspeed, Lizzy, etc.) Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Manufacturer training and certification opportunities A team that values your work and supports your growth
