PARTS MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a balanced inventory Track and report expenses Accurately price parts and accessories Work with Service Department to fulfill purchase and repair orders Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally Enforce safety requirements Comply with the federal, state, and local regulations for department Demonstrate positive attitude consistent with Friendship culture
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong focus on providing excellent customer service Ability to work well in a process driven environment Detail oriented and organized Excellent communication skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Available to work flexible hours in fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record
