Job Description
Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is seeking a Safety and Logistics Director to provide strategic leadership to FLP's safety programs, regulatory compliance efforts, and logistics operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving a culture of safety that protects our employees, supports operational excellence, and reflects FLP's commitment to quality, integrity, and accountability. As a key member of the leadership team, the Safety and Logistics Director partners closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, field staff, and Operations personnel to integrate safety into every aspect of our business operations. This position oversees company-wide safety and compliance programs, incident prevention and investigation, equipment and asset management, and logistical planning. This will be a full-time role and can be based in either our Fargo or Grand Forks, ND office.
Applicants must have/possess:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction safety or a related field OSHA 30 Certification Current and valid Driver's license and reliable means of transportation Clear background record

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction safety or a related field OSHA 30 Certification First Aid/CPR certification Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Come practice your passion with us and become a part of a rewarding career with FLP!
