Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution | Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers | Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain and Logistics Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Impact of theRole:
General Profile Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members. Does not typically perform the work supervised Must have any type of one direct report or more Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager Consistent exercise of discretion & judgmentEssential Functions:
Supervises the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Oversees team and coordination with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Responds to escalations of bottlenecks or problem areas and proposes solutions. Monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance. Leads and manages the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.Required Qualifications:
Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:

Business or Supply Chain Management preferred. Knowledge, skills & abilities: Leadership skills. Decision-making skills. Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.Travel Requirements:
