Job Description

In this influential role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives, bridging multiple departments to align priorities and facilitate seamless operations. With direct access to senior leadership, you'll impact decision-making processes and refine supply chain strategies. •
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee essential supply chain processes to meet and exceed client expectations. Optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to enhance production and inventory alignment. Collaborate with Operations to address challenges and maintain manufacturing momentum. Proactively manage schedules, assessing risks and ensuring timely delivery. Oversee inventory lifecycle, handling end-of-life transitions without supervision. Utilize comprehensive data analysis to furnish leadership with impactful insights and guide the Planning team's analytics skills. Function as a pivotal problem-solver, advocating solutions across teams. Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, cut costs, and amplify supply chain efficacy. Mentor team members on Oracle ASCP for superior planning proficiency. Engage in and uphold 5S and safety standards. •
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Over a decade in supply chain operations within a global manufacturing setting, ideally in sectors like defense, aerospace, or bioscience. Solid grasp of supply chain principles; APICS certification is advantageous. Expertise in top-tier ERP systems, particularly Oracle
EBS/ASCP.
Proven ability to educate teams on advanced manufacturing and software tools. Experience in agile working environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Capability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently. Reside close enough for a daily commute to Rochester, NH. Must pass a comprehensive background and drug check. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required. The role demands prolonged computer use and physical activities such as filing and lifting up to 25 pounds. Compliance with PPE and safety protocols is mandatory.
