Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the parts department across multiple brands. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships. Ensure timely and accurate parts delivery to service technicians and retail customers. Monitor and improve parts sales performance and profitability. Train and supervise parts staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a dealership parts manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience with OEM systems and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds). Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
