Job DescriptionTo strategically lead, develop, and support robust logistics systems (WMS, WCS, 3PL integrations) across LVMH Beauty's multi-brand, multi-channel (B2B, B2C, E-commerce) operations in the Americas.
This role will drive process standardization, technological innovation, and team leadership to optimize our supply chain, ensure operational excellence, and support significant business growth, acting as a critical technology partner to our Logistics business users.
Supply Chain long term project -
New Implementations and EvolutionsStrategically lead the business fit analysis, gap identification, and scope definition for new implementations and evolutions, partnering closely with business stakeholders to evaluate and recommend optimal technological alternatives.
Provide comprehensive leadership for the IS aspects of all new projects, overseeing planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordinationProactively manage communications, risk mitigation, and issue resolution among all project participants (IS and Business)Ensure successful project delivery from analysis and design through UAT, go-live support, and post-implementation training, while meticulously documenting all solutions and identified gaps for future reference and continuous improvementAbility to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to analyze issues and requests and formalize a synthetic proposal on the functional changesAbility to understand and implement LVMH standard operating proceduresAbility to work individually with little supervision and in a team with other department members, users or consultantsGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to animate business communityReports directly to ERP & Middleware Factory DirectorQualificationsKey competenciesManhattan ScaleWarehouse processes managementLogistics functional skillsIdeally experienced in international / multi-brands context + knowledge about luxury industry / retail industryDeep expertise in warehouse processes management across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels in a high-volume, multi-brand retail environmentPersonal skillsAbility to analyze and summarizeGood interpersonal and organizational skillsAutonomousExcellent communication skillsProactive team playerStrong strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving abilitiesProfileUniversity degree in Computer Science or related fieldFluent spoken & written English (+ good command of Spanish and French is an advantage)Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Logistics IT management, with a strong focus on WMS implementations and support (e.g., Manhattan Scale), ideally within a multi-national retail or luxury goods environmentAdditional InformationLVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
