This role follows a 1st shift schedule, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm , and requires flexibility to support overtime and business needs as required. How you create impact Lead daily warehouse activities including inbound, inventory, and order fulfillment Ensure shipments are received accurately and inventory is properly stored and tracked Support picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet productivity and quality goals Promote a safe work environment and ensure proper use of equipment Assign tasks and help keep workflows running smoothly across the team Maintain an organized warehouse, including inventory accuracy and space utilization Complete reports and support compliance with company safety and quality standards What we would like you to bring Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and work cross-functionally Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Experience coaching or guiding team members and providing clear direction on tasks At least 1 year of warehouse experience (lead/coordination experience preferred) Bilingual Spanish required to support communication across teams and departments Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Teams for daily communication Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks For applicants in the
