Job Description:
Role Summary This position is responsible for leading process analysis, standardization, and system improvement (in-house system) across the entire installation logistics service to enhance operational efficiency and quality. The role focuses on analyzing current end-to-end processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and productivity. By leveraging data from field operations, customer service, installation scheduling, and delivery management, this position drives initiatives that improve operational stability and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Analyze installation logistics service processes and identify improvement opportunities Investigate root causes of field issues (delays, installation failures, etc.) and establish corrective actions Develop standardized workflows, manuals, and training materials Improve process integration between installation partners and internal operation teams Define and communicate system improvement requirements, collaborating with IT/development teams Plan and support new service process design and pilot operations Manage project schedules, deliverables, and performance reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred majors: Logistics, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields) Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or process improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Excellent reporting and documentation skills Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools Strong communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders (headquarters, logistics centers, installation teams, customer service teams, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience in installation service or last-mile logistics operations Understanding of logistics systems such as TMS and WMS Experience leading projects or collaborating in cross-functional teams
