Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Parts Manager to join our dynamic, busy dealership. If you're a proven leader with a passion for customer service and a knack for managing high-volume parts operations, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer:
A supportive work environment A full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule (no evenings or weekends!) Competitive Salary plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the parts department, including retail sales, wholesale accounts, online orders, and shop fulfillment Maintain replacement parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and product availability Monitor inventory performance and reports to reduce obsolescence and maximize parts availability Work closely with the service department to support efficient daily operations and customer satisfaction Organize inventory storage and tracking systems to promote accuracy and productivity Demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, reliability, and a proactive, team-oriented work ethic
What We're Looking For:
A responsible and professional individual with leadership experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ford and /or Lincoln Mercury experience CDK experience is a plus
Requirements:
Previous experience in auto parts management or a related field Proficient computer skills, with experience in dealership management software (CDK experience a plus) A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence Ford and /or Lincoln Mercury experience This is a full-time, no weekend or evening shifts position.
