We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Inventory Lead to oversee inventory operations, support daily dispensary workflow, and help maintain accurate product tracking across all departments. Position Overview As the Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all inventory-related operations within our secure vault and retail environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain compliance with all state cannabis regulations. In addition to managing inventory accuracy and product flow, you will assist in training team members, overseeing order fulfillment, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the dispensary. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, experienced in inventory systems, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Weekend and evening availability is required. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring all cannabis products are accurately logged, tracked, and stored in compliance with state regulations. Supervise inventory staff and assist with training, scheduling support, and workflow coordination. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts through routine audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly received, documented, and entered into inventory management systems. Oversee customer order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate preparation for pickup or delivery. Maintain detailed records for cannabis flower, concentrates, edibles, pre-rolls, vapes, and related products. Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and compliance concerns. Assist management with state compliance reporting, audits, and inventory inspections. Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment to maintain product availability. Track expiration dates and ensure proper product rotation and storage procedures. Maintain vault organization, security protocols, and operational standards at all times. Collaborate closely with retail, purchasing, and management teams to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Support exceptional customer service by assisting with inventory-related questions and product availability concerns. Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and cannabis compliance regulations. Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Requirements Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or dispensary inventory roles required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong computer proficiency, including inventory management systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data entry. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and lead in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and operational workflow. Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, terminology, and compliance requirements preferred. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to lift and move inventory as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the cannabis industry. Familiarity with cannabis compliance platforms and seed-to-sale tracking systems. Experience conducting audits and managing inventory discrepancies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
