We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Inventory Manager to oversee vehicle inventory operations across the dealership. This individual will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing inventory, coordinating with sales and service departments, optimizing inventory processes, and ensuring all vehicles meet company standards before reaching the lot or showroom. What you'll do: Oversee all vehicle inventory, including new, used, and wholesale units. Manage inventory flow from acquisition to retail readiness, including inspections, detailing, photography, and merchandising. Coordinate with sales, service, and reconditioning teams to ensure timely vehicle turn-around. Maintain accurate inventory records in dealership management systems (DMS). Monitor market trends and pricing to assist with vehicle valuations and aging inventory strategies. Ensure all vehicles are properly stocked, tagged, photographed, and displayed for optimal visibility. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement improved inventory processes. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and manufacturer guidelines. What we're looking for: Previous automotive dealership or inventory management experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, vAuto, or similar). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
