Full-time About Us We are a thriving business in the manufacturing sector, looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Materials Coordinator to join our team. We pride ourselves on efficiency, accuracy, and fostering a strong team environment. Position Summary You will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining accurate stock levels. This is a hands-on role that includes a significant amount of work in outdoor yard and loading areas , often in varying weather conditions. You will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, leading staff, and using our warehouse management system to streamline inventory workflows.Key Responsibilities ERP & Inventory Management:
Utilize ERP for daily for stock counts, reconciliation, reporting, and tracking inventory accuracy.Operations Oversight:
Oversee receiving and inventory auditing to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. (occasional picking, packing, shipping may be required)Team Leadership:
train and monitor staff to maintain a high-performance & safe working culture.Process Improvement:
Analyze inventory workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.Safety & Maintenance:
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, maintain equipment, and keep the facility organized. Required Qualifications Experience in a high-growth environment or a 3PL setting. Current Forklift certification with a high level of skill Preferred Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management is a plus and highly desired. Strong Computer Skills. Proven hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP systems. Strong leadership capabilities and experience mentoring staff. Excellent understanding of inventory control best practices (cycle counting, reconciliation).Pay:
