Our client's Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Senior Director, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) that will lead global supply chain strategy execution and ensure its effective implementation by coaching his/her team along the way. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective processes, optimizing supply chain performance, and leading a team to achieve strategic goals. Your role will be onsite in East Aurora, NY, with approximately 20%-30% travel globally. You will report to the Group Vice President & General Manager, OE Production. To be considered for this role, here's what you'll typically need:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in supply chain management, with at least five (5) years of leadership experience.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
