Bobcat of the Finger Lakes is looking for a motivated Assistant Parts Manager to join our growing team in Fairport, NY. What You'll Do
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the parts department
- Pulling and preparing parts for customer and service orders
- Placing and tracking daily stock and emergency orders
- Receiving, unpacking, and accurately stocking incoming inventory
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient parts warehouse and storage areas
- Assisting walk-in, phone, and service customers with professionalism and urgency
- Supporting inventory management through daily cycle counts and inventory control processes
- Helping oversee parts organization, merchandising, and stock levels
- Working closely with the service department to ensure efficient workflow and uptime
- Assisting with training and supporting parts team members when needed What Makes You a Great Fit

- Previous experience in a parts department or dealership environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Mechanical aptitude or equipment knowledge
- Experience with inventory management systems or parts ordering software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs Education High school diploma or vocational school graduate preferred. Schedule

- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
