Job Type:
Full-Time | In-Person Epic Personnel Partners is seeking an experienced and driven Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory operations within a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment. This role requires a strong leader with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills who can maintain inventory integrity, lead teams, and support operational success across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Inventory Control operations across all shifts Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure inventory integrity Manage and monitor cycle count programs and inventory adjustments Run and analyze inventory reports, including pick hits, shortages, expiration management, and discrepancies Investigate PO discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve inventory issues Supervise associates and leads while promoting productivity, accountability, and teamwork Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and warehouse procedures Support quality assurance efforts, including spot-checking code dates and inventory accuracy Coordinate transfer orders (TOs), RTVs (Returns to Vendor), and product dispositions Participate in daily production meetings and maintain strong cross-functional communication Monitor warehouse stock to minimize shortages and temporary out-of-stock situations Schedule employee shifts, break periods, vacations, and support performance evaluations Maintain strong relationships with staff and promote a positive work environment
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse supervision or inventory management experience required (wholesale/distribution environment preferred) Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams Experience with WMS systems, inventory reporting, and warehouse operations Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and identify root causes Must be reliable, organized, and able to work well in a team environment Flexibility is Key This position requires someone who is flexible and able to support different shifts and extended hours based on business needs #LONG-1
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
