Durable Medical Equipment Manager We are seeking a skilled DME Manager to oversee our company's DME operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, purchasing, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to meet production needs.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control
• EClinicalWorks software for data analysis and reporting
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to meet production requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand supply needs and address any issues promptly

• Requirements:

• Must have experience in DME field for a minimum of 3 yrs
• Familiar with All ICD 10 codes and Billing codes
• Must have Billing experience, post , collection and reconciliation
• Be able to place orders from vendors , office supplies and be able to track inventories for the office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with demand planning and forecasting techniques
