Job Description

Automotive Parts Manager $85,000 - $125,000+ Per Year Are you great with maintaining both client AND employee satisfaction? A busy, well-respected dealership in lower Westchester County is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. If you're organized, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of a department with solid processes already in place, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable store backed by an established auto group that values teamwork, growth, and internal advancement.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the parts department Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Lead and support a team of counter professionals and parts staff Monitor and maintain profitability, including parts gross and expenses Ensure timely and accurate parts distribution to service technicians Provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale clients
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Automotive Parts Manager is required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with DMS systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.) preferred Ability to manage inventory, forecast parts needs, and control costs High level of organization and attention to detail A collaborative, team-first mindset
