LOGISTICS & BEVERAGES MANAGER
Responsible for Beverage Flow, Delivery Coordination, and Stock Management Role Overview Oversee beverage logistics operations and stock management Serve as the primary contact for on-site beverage deliveries Manage logistics runners and beverage runners to ensure smooth operational flow Ensure efficient beverage supply, storage, and BOH readiness for service Key Responsibilities Supervise Logistics Runners and Beverage Runners Report directly to the Venue Logistics Manager Lead, motivate, and coordinate the logistics and beverage team Ensure all beverage-specific BOH areas are properly organized and prepared for service Manage and coordinate all on-site deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and proper storage of products Oversee beverage stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment processes Manage team schedules, attendance, arrivals, and departures while ensuring compliance with uniform and grooming standards Conduct daily team briefings to communicate menu details, service priorities, and operational updates Ensure all internal KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Maintain operational efficiency while supporting service standards across departments Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in large-scale events or high-volume hospitality environments Strong understanding of service operations and hospitality workflows Excellent customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to oversee BOH logistics with broad operational awareness Thorough knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP procedures, and health & safety regulations Exceptional organizational and coordination skills Ability to perform manual work when necessary Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines Strong leadership, team motivation, and people-management skills Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
