About the Role We are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to own the movement of our product to our warehouses and out to customers across B2B, D2C, and key retail accounts. This person owns the relationship with our 3PL and warehouse network, runs order fulfillment end to end, and keeps inventory positioned correctly across domestic and international locations. This is a role for an operator who can work in the details and step back to manage the function. You will hold our warehouse partners to their contracts and SLAs, negotiate and resolve errors, find cost savings across freight and fulfillment, and keep sales, finance, and our vendors aligned. As the business grows, this role is positioned to take on additional process ownership. What You Will Own Warehouse Network and Fulfillment Own daily communication with our 3PL and warehouse partners across order updates, adjustments, inventory checks, and out of stocks Supervise and manage warehouse staff at our New York City facility, including day-to-day direction, scheduling, and performance oversight Maintain the physical organization, layout, and operational efficiency of our in-house warehouse space, including slotting, labeling, racking, and overall cleanliness and order Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs and workflows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across inbound and outbound operations Manage B2B sales order fulfillment from start to finish: create pick and pack lists, place orders in WMS systems, and keep warehouses moving on customer orders Drive the resolution of out of stocks, delays, and batch changes, and manage order change requests from the sales team Oversee D2C order fulfillment, partner with the customer experience team on unresolved shipment issues, and manage Faire and large individual customer orders Manage European D2C order submission and completion with our overseas warehouse partner, including tracking updates in Shopify Coordinate outbound freight for B2B customers, including BOLs and collection scheduling Run regular performance reviews with our primary warehouse and production partners Hold warehouses accountable to contracts and

problems with retail account teams Manage orders for all applicable retail partners and coordinate with responsible warehouses on issues, including manual orders for displays and inserts Partner with our key account distributors on fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse needs Inventory Monitor warehouse inventory levels and keep all SKUs in stock across every warehouse Own domestic and international inventory transfers, including transfer orders, freight booking, and receiving documentation Run inventory checks for sales orders and place transfers when requested by the sales team Manage delivery of finished goods from production to warehouse, including packing slip management, freight booking, and incoming inventory alerts Oversee ordering and shipment of packaging materials such as jars, bottles, and lids to producers Logistics and Shipping Manage freight for B2B customer orders across domestic, international, inter-Canada, and inter-Europe lanes Own communication with warehouses and suppliers on collections, BOLs, pickups, and deliveries Keep sales informed on customer deliveries: freight quotes, tracking, packing slips, expected delivery dates, and proof of delivery Create and maintain customs documentation for international shipments, including commercial invoices, MSDS forms, country-specific export documents, EX-A filings, and trade agreement paperwork Resolve customs clearance issues on behalf of customers when needed Manage hazmat shipping in line with applicable regulations Monitor outbound freight ship times and troubleshoot delays and shipment issues Own rate shopping for domestic and international freight, and manage relationships with freight forwarders and small parcel carriers to drive savings on LTL and FTL shipping Reporting, Cost Control, and Invoice Management Maintain the Open Orders report for sales, finance, and invoicing Produce daily orders and logistics shipping reports Pull order shipment history and cost to support accurate invoicing and backorder tracking Audit all logistics and warehouse invoices against contracted rates, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and submit approvals to accounting with guidance on payment priority Share packing details and freight costs with finance for customer invoicing in QuickBooks Monitor D2C shipping costs and drive savings across carrier options What We Are Looking For 4 or more years in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or fulfillment operations, with at least some time in a lead or management capacity, ideally in CPG, consumer goods, or a product-based business Direct experience supervising warehouse staff, with the ability to lead, develop, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to organize and optimize warehouse space and operations, including physical layout, slotting, labeling, and SOP development Proven experience owning 3PL and warehouse relationships, including holding partners to contracts and SLAs and negotiating resolution on errors and cost Experience managing order fulfillment across B2B and D2C channels Familiarity with WMS and EDI platforms (SPS Commerce experience is a plus), Shopify, and QuickBooks Solid command of domestic and international freight, including LTL, FTL, small parcel, and customs documentation Comfort building and maintaining reports and cost comparisons in Excel or Google Sheets Strong communication and coordination skills across sales, finance, vendors, and warehouses Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage many open items and competing priorities without losing track Experience with hazmat shipping; hazmat certification strongly preferred Experience with major national big box and specialty retail accounts (such as Walmart, Sephora, or Sally Beauty) strongly preferred About the Company We are a well-established, globally recognized beauty brand with a loyal consumer following and a strong presence across retail, professional, and direct-to-consumer channels. $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
