Job Description

United CDJR is looking for a driven, experienced Parts Manager to take ownership of our department and push it to the next level. We operate out of a 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art service and parts facility in Brooklyn, with strong car count, consistent volume, and real opportunity to build something. This is not a sit-back role—we're looking for someone who knows how to control inventory, drive gross profit, and run an efficient, accountable operation. If you know how to run a department, manage people, and impact the bottom line, this is your opportunity. What You'll Be Responsible For Full oversight of Parts Department operations (retail + wholesale) Driving gross profit, inventory performance, and departmental efficiency Managing inventory levels, turns, and obsolescence Ensuring parts availability to support a high-performing Service Department Pricing strategy and maintaining accurate system data Building and maintaining vendor relationships Handling escalated customer issues professionally and quickly Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable Staying on top of manufacturer programs, warranty policies, and returns Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations What We're Looking For Proven experience running or assisting in running a Parts Department Strong understanding of inventory control and margins Leadership mentality—you hold people accountable and lead by example Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Strong communication skills across departments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What You Get Competitive pay + opportunity to earn based on performance Stable dealership with consistent volume and growth potential Large, modern facility with room to scale operations Ownership that supports operational improvements United CDJR is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the New York State Human Rights Law.
