This role is responsible for ensuring on-time customer delivery, optimizing production efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery requirements. Create and maintain production plans, work orders, and MRP activities within the ERP system. Monitor production workflows and resolve scheduling or supply issues. Manage inventory levels, finished goods stocking strategies, and product lifecycle planning. Lead demand and supply planning processes to ensure capacity aligns with forecasted demand. Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve results. Identify resource, capacity, and investment needs while proactively managing supply risks. Maintain product master data and ensure ERP system accuracy. Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in manufacturing supply chain, production planning, or operations management. Strong ERP and data analysis skills. Knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and Lean manufacturing principles. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred:
