We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Management Supervisor to lead and optimize our inventory operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our very special inventory and the procurement processes we use to obtain collectible stamp and coins for collectors around the world. Your expertise will drive process improvements, enhance accuracy, and support efficient order fulfillment. You will also guide our staff through the careful and accurate handling, storage and maintenance our delicate inventory requires. The IM Supervisor will also support sales and other operations through the buying, processing, grading, and pricing functions. Duties Manages all activities of stamp processors, including supervision, training, evaluations, development, scheduling, and hiring Responsible for the accurate processing of all stamps, covers, supplies, and coins within agreed-upon quality standards set by the company Ensures the prompt processing of all incoming stamp shipments, including "walk-ins" and wholesale, meeting established turnaround times Maintains the appropriate staffing levels for timely and efficient workflow Develops and maintains a staff of technical experts for both foreign and US stamps, covers, and coins Serves as both a philatelic (stamp) and numismatic (coin) advocate Responsible for the on-time submission of KPIs (Summary reports, Goal Updates, Quality/Production Tracking Reports, Year-End Analysis Reports, etc.) Accurately delivers processed and identified materials into our inventory using procedural accuracy checks and quality checks Responsible for the housing, security, and safe storage of stamps, covers, supplies, and coin products Works with internal stakeholders regarding stamp purchases Other duties regarding Inventory Management and Oversite Education/Experience Four-year college degree 2-4 years successful experience supervising a large team Philatelic and Numismatic experience preferred, but not required

$81,874.00 - $100,000.00 per year
