In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management and exceptional customer service to support our automotive service and sales teams. Responsibilities Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking, and selling of automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory records and control parts stock levels to meet service demands. Provide expert knowledge to customers and service staff regarding parts availability and specifications. Supervise and train parts department staff to promote high performance and excellent customer service.
