Supply Replenishment

GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the day- to-day activities of the storeroom, clean supply area and mailroom within ACMC and its offsite facilities. Daily activities include but are not limited to receiving, distribution, inventorying, ordering and picking up of all supplies and mail to all areas of the organization. Performs physical inventories and uses the Materials Management Information system to order, track and deliver all supplies throughout the organization. Complies with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills and above average communication skills. Required Length and Type of Experience Experience in Materials Management preferred but not required. Additional relevant experience or education may be considered in lieu of Materials Management experience. Required Licensure or Certification N/A Required Physical and Environmental Demands Extended periods of walking, bending, standing, stretching and lifting some items up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bloodbourne pathogens, chemicals and cleaning agents. Manual dexterity sufficient to perform all basic functions.
