Your Contribution As our Operations Supervisor, you will direct and manage materials management, warehousing, receiving, production scheduling, material planning and handling, packaging, inventory control and accuracy, cycle counting and customer/vendor interface. You will also be responsible to m anage salaried employees in the Service department and carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; B.S. in Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field preferred. Ten or more years experience in Logistics in an Automotive or Heavy Duty Truck manufacturing facility preferred. Two or more years experience with SAP required; this includes knowledge of SAP-MM (Materials Management), SAP-SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP-PP (Production Planning), and SAP-WM (Warehouse Management). Proficiency in an MRP II system required. Experience implementing and maintaining Kanban and "pull" inventory control methods.
