Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement, logistics, and inventory management efforts. In this vital role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials, optimizing inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Your leadership will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support our mission to deliver top-tier engineered solutions worldwide. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management. Coordinate logistics activities to ensure the efficient movement of materials from suppliers to manufacturing sites. Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent shortages or excess stock, utilizing data-driven forecasting tools. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast material needs and schedule deliveries accordingly. Establish performance metrics for suppliers and logistics providers; conduct regular reviews to ensure quality and reliability. Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster continuous improvement. Experience College Degree and five to seven years experience or combination of education and experience in domestic and international procurement. Experience in manufacturing purchasing, preferably in metal fabrication environment. Good working knowledge of vendor base in normally required materials/services. Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbally and written. Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions and experience in contract negotiations. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Functional use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel. (NetSuite a plus) #
