Job Description

RideNow Powersports-Ft Thunder Harley Davidson is looking for a Parts Manager who's ready to deliver top-tier service.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals. Drive revenue through effective inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team sales performance. Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability. Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager. Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently. Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends. Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred). Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams to achieve sales goals Deep understanding of parts inventory systems and dealer management tools (CDK and/or Lightspeed preferred) Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of parts and servicing for motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
