Job Description:
We are currently partnered with a leading Manufacturer and Distributor in the Oklahoma City area in the search for a dynamic VP of Supply Chain - a strategic, globally minded leader who can elevate our end?to?end fulfillment and logistics operations across the U.S. and Internationally. This is a high?visibility executive role reporting directly to the COO, ideal for a seasoned supply chain leader who thrives in fast?paced environments, excels at building high?performing teams, and brings deep expertise in global logistics, warehousing, and operational strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Lead fulfillment, inventory and logistics operations across multiple domestic and international locations. Build and execute a long?term vision for our clients global fulfillment organization. Oversee third?party warehousing and logistics partners to ensure world?class performance. Manage all logistics functions, including carrier negotiations, freight optimization, and claims. Develop capacity planning models and operational tools to drive efficiency. Establish KPIs, operational standards, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and all import/export regulations. Protect inventory integrity across transit, storage, and work?in?process environments. Lead, mentor, and develop a high?performing operations team. Manage operational budgets, capital planning, and headcount forecasting.
Ideal Qualifications:
10+ years in fast?paced logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Deep understanding of international supply chain operations. Strong business acumen in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to navigate complex team dynamics and resolve conflicts. Highly organized, detail?oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
