Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Planner to support Marketplace Accounts within a global planning function. This role is responsible for driving demand planning, financial forecasting, and inventory optimization across multiple seasons. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning consumer demand with supply planning , delivering profitable and sustainable growth , and improving overall inventory productivity and financial performance .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Lead multi-season sales, inventory, and receipt planning
• Forecast consumer demand and align supply strategies
• Adjust plans based on changing business targets and trends Financial & Merchandise Planning
• Own top-down financial planning across Gross-to-Net and Stock & Sales
• Support revenue, margin, and inventory optimization
• Translate data insights into actionable financial strategies Data Analysis & Insights
• Perform data-driven analysis and build planning hypotheses
• Convert insights into business decisions and strategic actions
• Evaluate risks and identify opportunities for growth Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with planning, finance, operations, and marketplace stakeholders
• Align strategies with consumer demand and partner goals
• Communicate planning insights to leadership and cross-functional teams Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Reconcile forecasts and analyze business performance metrics
• Present seasonal planning results and financial summaries
• Highlight trade-offs impacting demand, margin, and inventory health Stakeholder & Partner Management
• Work closely with internal and external marketplace partners
• Lead seasonal business reviews and planning discussions
• Support decision-making with clear financial context

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years of experience in retail, planning, or product management
• Strong understanding of merchandise financial planning
• Proven ability in demand forecasting and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
• Bachelor's degree required
