Automotive Inventory Manager

Automotive Inventory Manager Quakertown Mitsubishi is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Manager to oversee our vehicle inventory, merchandising, pricing, and lot organization. This role is ideal for someone who understands dealership operations, has strong attention to detail, and can help keep our inventory accurate, organized, and ready to sell. Responsibilities The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing new and pre-owned vehicle inventory from arrival through sale.

Duties include:

Track and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records Stock in new and used vehicles in the dealership system Coordinate vehicle photos, descriptions, window stickers, and online listings Ensure vehicles are properly displayed on the lot and online Monitor aging inventory and assist with pricing updates Work with sales managers, service, detail, and accounting departments Coordinate vehicle reconditioning, inspections, and lot-ready status Manage keys, vehicle locations, and lot organization Review inventory reports and identify discrepancies Assist with dealer trades, auctions, transport, and wholesale units as needed Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience preferred Inventory management experience strongly preferred Knowledge of dealership systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, vAuto, or similar platforms is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and inventory software Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Ability to work independently and communicate well with multiple departments Schedule Full-time position In-person role at Quakertown Mitsubishi Weekend availability may be required based on dealership needs Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Benefits may include: Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Paid time off Employee vehicle discounts 401(k) Career growth opportunities Why Join Quakertown Mitsubishi?
