Dealership Parts Manager Devon, PA 19333 Full-time Full-time Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealer Management System and/or Point of Sales (POS) systems Valid Driver's License Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Dealership Parts Manager, where you will lead the parts department with energy and precision! This vital role involves overseeing inventory control, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to ensure seamless operations that keep our dealership running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage the entire parts inventory, including warehousing, shipping & receiving, and order management systems to maintain optimal stock levels. Develop and nurture strong relationships with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains. Coordinate procurement activities, demand planning, and sourcing strategies to meet dealership needs efficiently. Assist customers and internal teams with parts related questions in person, via email and/or on phone Effectively communicate estimated parts ship and arrival times, and provide support for technical parts questions Accurately record parts transactions and data into our Dealer Management System Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines Maintain daily metric goals Perform other duties as needed Skills Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, procurement management, and sourcing within an automotive dealership environment. Strong supplier management skills with the ability to negotiate favorable terms and foster long-term partnerships. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, automotive service procedures, and mechanical knowledge to understand parts specifications and applications. Knowledge of OEM parts sourcing, auto body repair supplies
