Supply Chain Manager Location:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused individual to join our team overseeing the raw material supply chain for a critical manufacturing support operation. Our team plays a vital role in protecting uninterrupted supply to multiple manufacturing sites while optimizing inventory investment and driving cross-functional collaboration for organizational success.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end raw material inventory strategy, including defining and maintaining safety stock, buffer, and inventory targets in alignment with demand variability and supplier lead times. Oversee purchase order execution and day-to-day operational oversight within SAP and planning systems to ensure timely order release, tracking, and issue resolution. Conduct structured supply risk assessments and scenario analysis to proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks to manufacturing continuity. Drive cross-site collaboration by facilitating inventory and risk reviews, leading process improvements, and standardizing practices across supported sites.
Required:
Master's degree and 2 years, or Bachelor's degree and 4 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years of supply chain, manufacturing, or operations experience. Demonstrated expertise in raw material inventory management, supply risk assessment, and transactional issue resolution. Proficiency with SAP, planning systems (such as RapidResponse), and strong analytical skills using tools like Excel or Smartsheet. Experience in cross-functional leadership, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and influencing stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
