Service & Parts Manager - Automotive Dealership | Reading, PA Zero to 60 in your career starts here. We're a busy, established automotive dealership and we're looking for a proven Service & Parts Manager who's ready to take the wheel. If you've got the experience, the drive, and the hustle to run two departments, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead daily service and parts operations, keeping the team sharp and customers coming back Manage inventory, procurement, supplier negotiations, and logistics Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and shop floor quality and safety standards Use your DMS knowledge to keep everything running clean, from purchasing records to demand forecasting Maintain OEM compliance and drive continuous improvement across both departments What You Need 2+ years of experience in automotive service or parts management DealerTrack DMS or equivalent platform experience required Solid background in inventory control, supply chain, and procurement Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers alike Mechanical knowledge covering diagnostics, auto body, HVAC, and equipment repair Dealership fixed ops experience is a strong plus Forklift certification or safe operating experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package A team that's serious about doing things the right way Room to grow within an established auto group If you're the kind of manager who leads from the front - apply now.
