Overview The Manager, Demand Planning for HEYDUDE is responsible for leading digital demand planning strategies and executing accurate forecasting to support revenue, sell-through, and profitability goals. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply teams, while managing a team and driving data-informed decision making. The position reports to the VP, Planning within the Global Planning organization. What You'll Do Drive accurate, timely style/color-level forecasts aligned to financial targets and business strategies Manage pre-season and in-season demand planning processes, incorporating historical trends, assortment strategies, and productivity benchmarks Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply to align revenue plans, identify risks/opportunities, and optimize outcomes Track business performance through weekly, monthly, and seasonal analysis, leading demand reviews and contributing to S&OP processes Lead AOP and quarterly forecast development, partnering with commercial and finance teams to align revenue assumptions Evaluate inventory positioning, sell-through trends, and Weeks on Hand (WOH) to inform forward planning and mitigate risk Communicate insights and recommendations through executive and operational reporting, translating complex analytics into actionable direction Innovate planning processes by advancing BI reporting, system capabilities, and adoption of data-driven decision making What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, planning, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in demand planning, analytics, buying, or forecasting-related roles Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain, and
S&OP/IBP
principles Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights for cross-functional partners Experience partnering across Digital and Direct-to-Consumer business models preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills in highly cross-functional environments Proven ability to lead processes, drive continuous improvement, and influence decision making through data #Heydude The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. Demand Planning Manager Salary or Pay Range:
$117,000 - $127,000 Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona. This organization participates in E-Verify. This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
